I found an interesting article about the intent for this to be a disabled-friendly playground . Here you will find a nice inclusive environment with with passable wooden ramps suitable for wheelchair and walker alike. It contains play equipment, which is inclusive for children with handicaps.
Roter Park, Lucerne:

The Mooraculum, adjacent to a lovely terrace restaurant, is a place where you will find everything your heart desires: ponds with water play equipment, games, relaxation areas, picnic areas, hiking trails. The Mooraculum is a space with interactive stations around the concept of learning about the moorland.
